CDZ operates and controls this Site from its offices located in the Province of Quebec, Canada. CDZ makes no representation that the Content is appropriate or available for use in any other locations. If you choose to access this Site from outside of the Province of Quebec you do so through your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with local, national and international laws, if and to the extent that such laws are applicable.

Governing Law and Competent Jurisdiction

Your use of this Site and any downloads from this Site, and the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with the Site, including these Terms and Conditions, shall be submitted to and be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
